Banoffee Tart

Description

This is the Gumnut spin on a Banoffee Tartlet & one of our favourites.
A lovely short crust pastry base filled with a layer of caramel, topped with fresh bananas then filled with a creamy caramel mousse.

Far too good for words, just try it.
