Gumnut handmade short crust pastry base filled with Crême Pâtissière then topped with fresh fruit delicately placed by our Pastry Chef to create this masterpiece.  

To appreciate the taste this tartlet is best eaten on the day.

Our Fruit Tartlet won Champion Pastry at the 2014 Sydney Royal Easter Fine Food Show.

We would encourage you to pick up from either the Mittagong or Berrima stores as picking up from the Bowral store could be delayed due to Queuing on busy days.
