Our Hot Cross Buns are made from a Gumnut Brioche dough with the addition of plump Australian sultanas, currants & mixed peel. The dough is then hand shaped and the crosses are made with a vanilla crême pâtissière, piped by the hands of our talented pastry chefs.
Once baked, our beautiful "Hot Cross Buns" are hand brushed with a Gumnut Glaze consisting of vanilla, cinnamon, aniseed, nutmeg and sugar syrup.
