Hot Cross Buns

Our Hot Cross Buns are made from a Gumnut Brioche dough
with the addition of plump Australian sultanas, currants & mixed peel.
The dough is then hand shaped and the crosses are made with a
vanilla crême pâtissière, piped by the hands of our talented pastry chefs.

Once baked, our beautiful "Hot Cross Buns" are hand brushed with a Gumnut
Glaze consisting of vanilla, cinnamon, aniseed, nutmeg and sugar
syrup.

The Best Hotties in the country, so we have been told.

We would encourage you to pick up from either the Mittagong or Berrima stores as picking up from the Bowral store could be delayed due to Queuing on busy days.
