Our Fruit Cakes are Vicki’s Grandma’s recipe that has been handed down through the generations. They are a baked fruit cake made with 55% of fruit, this makes the cake nice, rich and very moist, however, a little harder to cut.
We start soaking the fruit in October, to enhance the favours.
The fruit cake will keep for up to 6 months in an air tight container, unless like us you can not resist it.
