A real handmade chocolate short crust pastry base filled with a Gumnut salted caramel buttercream and topped with our dark chocolate ganache. We then decorated with a double crown of chocolate and salted caramel crispy balls.

Absoloutely delicious served with ice cream or fresh cream for that special dessert or indulge yourself for morning or afternoon tea.

A decadent flan for the chocolate lover, only a small piece is required.
