Description

A real butter puff pastry disk topped with a ring of handmade profiteroles,
filled with Gumnut crême pâtissière in the centre. All topped with fresh whipped cream, strawberries and garnished with handmade chocolate decorations.

An amazing Gumnut creation for that Special Occasion.

Each St Honore consists of approximately the below number of Profiteroles:

  8” - 18 Profiteroles

10” - 22 Profiteroles

 12” - 35 Profiteroles
